Comprehensive nutrition packages
The best and fastest way to achieve long-term sustainable results, take the trial and error approach out and reach your health goals is to work with me on a 1-2-1 basis over a period of time, typically 10 weeks. If you are looking for a one-off consultation, I am not the right therapist for you as it takes time to get used to new food choices and create new healthy habits. For instance, did you know that it takes 3 weeks to break a habit, 6 weeks to develop a new one and 36 weeks to hardwire it? I can help turn your health around by providing you with bespoke nutritional therapy support and motivational coaching. So if you would like hand-holding, ongoing support throughout your health journey and you are prepared to put the work in rather than looking for a quick-fix, I would love to help and work with you.
All my packages run for 10 weeks and start at £295. What differentiates them is the level of support you will receive depending on your needs. All my packages include the following:
- A full health and lifestyle assessment reviewing symptoms, family history, medical history, food diary and lifestyle factors
- Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation
- Personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice based on your goals
- Personal supplement plan (including a 10% discount on The Natural Dispensary)
- Recommendation and referral on clinical tests (private or GP) and results interpretation
- Personal coaching to support new food choices and new habits
What to expect
Before we meet for your initial consultation, I will send you a comprehensive Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire (NTQ) and a 3-day food and lifestyle diary to complete, which you will need to send back by a specified date.
Our first consultation will last 75 minutes. During this time, we will review your health history in detail, as well as explore further some of the information you provided on your NTQ. I will explain to you what I believe may be causing your symptoms. We will then work together to build your personalised nutrition and lifestyle Health Optimisation Plan (HOP) and include achievable and sustainable action points that will focus on helping you reach your health goals. Professional supplements and testing (either privately or through your GP) may be recommended if I feel this is appropriate. Please note: any professional supplements and/or private tests I recommend will incur an additional charge, payable directly by the client to the provider.
Follow-up consultations last 60 minutes.
During these consultations, we will review your symptoms, the progress you are making towards your health goals and any challenges you are facing following the implementation of your HOP. Supplement recommendations and test results will also be discussed.
Progress review calls
On the ‘Encourage’ and ‘Inspire’ packages, I will provide you with 30-minute fortnightly or weekly progress review calls. This is a great way to get support, accountability and motivation throughout the 10 weeks so that you get the best possible results.
Please note that I do not diagnose or treat diseases nor can advise you to stop taking medication. Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace conventional medical care. I will collaborate, with your consent, with your GP or healthcare provider if appropriate.
