My passion for nutrition plus my own health struggles led me to retrain and study nutrition for four years. I studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I opened my own private clinic, Keep Calm Nutrition, where I now help clients on a 1-2-1 basis.

I found the entire process very helpful. The consultations helped to clearly establish a key food group that was triggering one of the symptoms I was experiencing, which enabled me to make an active decision as to whether the symptoms experienced were worth excluding the food group from my diet, rather than just not knowing what triggered the problem.
